ChoirCast: Join us on our Virtual Venture

Eliza started a virtual choir in lockdown which is still going strong - ChoirCast!

This project brings together any singer, whatever their experience, by getting them to film themselves on a smartphone/tablet/computer and sending their recording in for a huge compilation video. Below are the seven videos we have produced so far, starting with "Bohemian Rhapsody", featuring Gareth Malone, which featured on BBC Points West in week 2 of lockdown. Gareth also joined us on our Zoom session on 1st March 2021, running our warm up session!

Get in touch to take part in our next project - open to all!

Check out further smaller group videos from the harmony groups she teaches: Power Arrangers singing Natural Woman and Rolling Stones Medley as well as Octaves Apart singing their Beatles Medley. The boys of Octaves Apart then went on to sing a beautiful duet of You'll Never Walk Alone.

Her a cappella group, Chicapella, present their debut release, Make A Smile For Me - a tribute to Bill Withers. Their latest release is Somebody To Love by Queen.

She teamed up with jazz pianist Tom Berge to create this version of What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong.

She has also featured as lead singer in "The Isoulation Band"'s cover of Kiss From A Rose and backing singer for Got To Get You Into My Life

Her Soul Tones duo partner, Martin Sean McConnell, produced a minor version of them both singing Let It Be by the Beatles.

And finally, 3 old school friends and Eliza decided to do an isolation video and sing a song "together" - they have known each other for 20 odd years but haven't been all together the 4 of them for 13 years... so this is something of a school reunion! Enjoy - Dreams by The Cranberries.
